Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNNQ marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what data is processed to provide the services, why it is used, and what rights users may exercise. Third-party payment pages are operated by the relevant providers; please consult their data-handling policies separately.
Account and Order Data
VPNNQ does not require an email address. Users can create an account with a username and password; providing an email address is not a requirement for account activation. The account system processes usernames, password security verification data, and account status for authentication, access management, and account maintenance.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, transaction status, subscription status, and summarized data usage. These records are used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, and process refunds. Usage summaries are used only for quota billing and do not mean that browsing content is stored. When a user submits a support ticket, this service processes the issue description and attachments they provide. Please redact passwords, subscription credentials, and unrelated personal information first.
No-Logs Policy and Diagnostic Information
VPNNQ does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, destination addresses, or DNS queries, or maintain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing paths. The start and end times of user network connections and destination addresses are not retained as historical connection logs.
Service maintenance uses route status, summarized traffic, and necessary diagnostic information. This information is not used to create individual browsing profiles. Security events needed to investigate unusual account sign-in activity are handled separately from network access records and retained only for as long as needed to address the issue. Diagnostic materials users voluntarily submit in support tickets are used to resolve the reported issue and are not added to routine connection logs.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page views, referral sources, and feature clicks, so we can improve content and diagnose page issues. Analytics cover pages on this site and do not extend to international websites accessed through subscription services. Passwords, payment credentials, and subscription addresses should not be submitted as analytics event data.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain sign-in status, save language preferences, and remember necessary interface choices. Users can clear or restrict this storage in their browser settings. After clearing it, they may need to sign in again and reselect their preferences. When using a shared device, sign out of the panel and clear sign-in information. Clearing data in a browser does not delete a server-side account.
Third-Party Payments and Data Use
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The relevant third-party payment provider handles the payment process. VPNNQ receives the transaction result and identifier needed to verify an order and does not ask users to enter their payment account password on this site. Third parties may process transaction information under their own policies; please verify the payment page and recipient details before paying.
Account, order, and support ticket information is used only to provide the service, resolve issues, and meet necessary compliance obligations. When external services process information, only what is needed for the relevant task is shared. Any information that must be provided by law is limited to what the applicable requirements call for.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the account remains active. Support tickets and diagnostic materials are retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. Order and refund records are kept as required for transaction verification, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. This site does not set a blanket retention period without explanation. When the purpose for processing ends and there is no further obligation to retain information, the relevant data is deleted or de-identified.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request. If there are pending orders or refunds, or records that must be retained by law, we will explain what cannot be deleted immediately and why. Deleting an account may make subscriptions and historical records unavailable, so please confirm that all related matters are resolved first.
Policy Updates and Questions
Changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the beginning will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, we will follow the applicable requirements.
If you have questions about this policy or data processing, please submit a support ticket through the panel and describe the account-related issue. There is no need to provide personal information unrelated to your question. Subscription, billing, and refund rules are set out in the Terms of Service; this page does not replace the transaction terms.
