Service Scope

VPNNQ provides international route connections, client downloads and subscription management, with coverage in 90+ countries and 190+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; download access is confirmed by the panel. The routes available to you are those shown in your account.

The service is intended for cross-border access and network acceleration. It does not include memberships, content licenses or account eligibility for third-party websites. Regional policies, account requirements and content availability are determined by the relevant service operators. A successful route connection does not guarantee access to every website or app.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription links secure. Do not publish them or leave them in the care of untrusted parties. If you notice an unusual login or a leaked subscription, change your credentials promptly and report the issue through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for the account holder’s own devices. This does not grant permission to resell, rent out or share an account or subscription with other users. You may not use the service to operate a paid relay service or use automated requests to disrupt other users’ connections.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Check the billing method and traffic allowance before confirming your order.

Lawful Use

You are responsible for confirming that your use of the service and access to target content comply with the laws and regulations where you are located, as well as the target website’s rules. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, data theft, distributing illegal content or infringing the lawful rights of others.

Do not probe or attack the service infrastructure, impersonate another account holder, or use malicious software to generate abnormal traffic. Network acceleration does not change your responsibility for your actions or published content, and it does not replace any lawful authorization required by a target service.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on your local network, device settings, international links and the status of target services. Maintenance, route changes or third-party network issues may cause brief interruptions. VPNNQ does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, fixed speeds or continuous access to any particular website. For troubleshooting, see the troubleshooting guide.

For network failures, changes to third-party policies and device issues outside its control, VPNNQ will assist with troubleshooting based on available information, but is not responsible for third-party services. These terms do not exclude consumer rights provided by applicable law or waive any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a ticket in the user panel and provide the relevant order information so the payment can be verified. You do not need to provide proof of a service issue to request a refund under this policy. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The refund method will be confirmed through ticket correspondence. The time it takes for funds to arrive may depend on the payment channel; these terms do not promise a fixed processing time. Paid benefits end when a refund is completed. Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

VPNNQ may suspend connections or terminate accounts for reselling or sharing, unlawful use, attacks on the service or other serious violations of these terms. Where an ongoing risk exists, protective measures may be taken first. If you disagree with an account action, you may explain your position through a ticket. Account actions do not affect any refund or other rights you are entitled to by law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top of the page will be updated. Significant changes affecting paid benefits will be communicated through site announcements or the user panel. Please review updates and contact us if you have questions.
